I'm down if you play more sims3. I noticed Miss Lore Plays is doing sims3 content. I feel like i missed out on it a bunch too. There is a cool CC world called boroughsburg that's like nyc, i'd love to explore more.
Oh my god! I can't believe how brilliant The Sims 3 was. Not perfect, but absolutely brilliant. I forgot how charming and attractive it looked too, and wish we could get all those old buildings back.
You can’t “paint” the car as such, but if you go in to build/buy you can change the colour with Create a Style :) also the options never go away I don’t think, but the car is done! loving the sims 3 videos, I only play 3 because I find 4 so lacking but still watch your videos cause you’re hilarious
This is my favorite Sims 3 world! There is so, SO much lore in it, so many 20's references, and the graveyard is a work of art. They added a ton of details into each townies home, so you can really see their stories. The team put a lot of love into making this world. It also has the first official gay couple in the Sims franchise - Audrey and Dylan Shear - and a few not so official ones. And it's got a young Consort and Contessa Capp, with Consort's parents too (the Thebes). The only problem is that every time someone ages up or an NPC's spawned, they go back to modern (and goofy) clothes. It's a lot of work redressing everyone, lol.

You still can!” It has a spreadsheet that goes through all the upcoming deals on the sims 3 store, it’s been the same rotation for years, it’s so useful and accurate
I remember back in the day they used to have a thing where you could watch an ad and get like, 10 Simpoints, but one day it started glitching and would keep offering points again immediately, so I was able to open a gazillion tabs and rotate through them and I was able to grind thousands of free Simpoints and buy out the rest of the store, lmfao
Recently bought this myself, and fully agree that it should not have been full price still. Hell there were lots of other Sims 3 packs on sale, but never this gold edition.
I would love to see more sims 3 videos since I also never bought a lot of the expansion packs. And I’m really loving the roaring twenties. It’s so cool!

I just recently reinstalled on a new computer with SSD and a dedicated graphics card and went through all of the optimisation steps and it feels like a completely different game! It’s genuinely crazy how beautifully it runs.
I used to play the sims 3 and this jus brings back memories! Wow! It’s crazy how much different the sims 3 and 4 are so different. I’m a full time sims 4 player! But I loved this video. It takes me back! Lol.
I always wanted to get this world so thank you for showing me what I missed. The only extra Sims 3 worlds that I was able to purchase was the island one and the one with the hot air balloon. Would love to see other S3 worlds. The details were always spot on.
So many people are coming to TS3 because they've just given up on TS4 - so if you wanted to do a series, I am sure you'd have interest! I'd love to see it! And yes, you can paint the car with create-a-style (and change it to any material you want, which is the big plus for create-a-style!). The only downside is that TS3 can be a little laggy and without CC the sims look a bit like puddy -- but there's better worlds, better items, more gameplay (and gameplay items), and just overall a better game! Please consider making TS3 content!!
The llama strutting past at 9:28 was killing me omg. I played sims 3 back in college and forgot about how weird and amazing it was. The open world is so cool
Sunlit tides is also extremely gorgeous 💕 in my opinion sims 3 worlds have sims 4 beat visually. Also sims 3 just has an insane amount of content (especially if you know -alternative- ways to acquire the store content)

Hi Carla, I realize this video is several months old, but I'm a big Sims 3 player, and I'd like to see you do more videos like this. Also regarding the map tags, the red ones are rabbitholes, but the blue ones are walk-in venues, so most of that line along the boardwalk can be accessed.
Given that there's other buyable rides from the store like the ferris wheel, and the additional things from seasons like face painting, they definitely could've done more with the boardwalk, even if they had to offer it as an update
The sims 3 was definitely a more memorable game for me. I remember playing the life out of the game in my free time. I think you would enjoy into the future. But I know I loved the world adventures pack from sims 3 soooooooooooooo much. I willingly went on excursions in all of the worlds.

You can discover stars with the telescope, and the game knows if you name it after another Sim 🥺 there’s even a social to tell the Sim about it 😭 idk I commented this on another video, if so, I apologize haha
I simply could not believe that after how many years they haven’t even put a single world on sale..weird…anyway i downloaded all the rest of the content I didn’t have a couple days ago😭😭. All of the store content if you look it up is online for free and safe to download. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEEPS!!
The car comes with the world. The amusement park is gold. Go in buy mode and paint it also the options stay as sort of a tune up thing. You can make a bunch of them and sell them for a great profit (I make car dealerships.) This was one of my favorite packs though I still don't think it should be full price.
I would love to see you do a sim 3 playthrough!! I'm really interested in sims 3, as like you, it's really the only sims game I never played. I dont have access to anything other than sims 3 base game and seasons and would love to see more of what the game looks like

Also, you can design your own rollercoaster track layouts with the boardwalk store content as well! Not on the level of the Tycoon series of course but it’s very fun to play around with terrain tools and building themed structures around the tracks, for example.
I quite miss playing the Sims 3 I have both Sims 3 and Sims 3 pets for ps3 but the console broke so I haven't played it in years so it's lovely to see it again after all these years! Love your content you are hilarious!

I played Sims1 for a short bit, then picked it up again with the Sims4. Since then I have acquired the Sims3 and Sims Medieval. In Sims3 I have a character that gets stuck, weird. I don't know how to get her loose. I haven't figured out the gameplay of Sims3 but am intrigued by the expansion packs. I would love to see more of your Sims3 gameplay. Go for it. My aunt introduced me to Sims thru (mainly) the Sims 3 I miss it so much I love playing the Sims 4. But sometimes I have an urge to get Sims 3 for my own computer for the nostalgia
Barnacle Bay is cool, not Sunlit Ties, but Aurora Skies is one of my favorite worlds in TS3. It actually has an Aurora in the sky every night, just gorgeous. It is like a Maine, or Rhode Island type of Eastern seaboard American town. Oh, and A.S. world has a hot air balloon you can actually go into the sky for a ride in.
I have not downloaded this world yet. I only recently figured out you could actually buy currency for The Sims 3 store. I'd somehow convinced myself that you couldn't do it anymore and I still had like 30 sim bucks left to spend. Once I figured out I could put money towards it I put it $20 to complete sets. I really like the esthetic of this world too. I just can't make myself pay for it. Fun watch.

You can change the car color in create a style There is a separate working carousel that you can buy in the sims 3 store. Ridiculous I know, and it will run you about $10 if memory serves Sunlit Tides is GORGEOUS and huge. It takes forever to get places tho so leave for work early I have every store town except Lunar Lakes and Barnacle Bay. Roaring Heights, Sunlit Tides and Monte Vista are all totally worth it. Dragon Valley has some really cool buildings and baby dragons.
I'd love a sims 3 video on how much better their various Supernaturals are, like Genies being able to ensorcel people. Also they probably don't have an option to paint the car because of the preexisting colour change options in the game. Like you could go to build and buy and make it luminous green with hot pink stripes if you wanted, or my personal favourite of making cars with the spider web pattern
My fave world! It's like old Bridgeport! I downloaded a typewriter mod to replace computers... some cc old phones and tvs, I also have a mod to not pick up cell because they didnt exist. It makes the game feel more realistic. I love playing in this world, it's like a proper city, playing in history, playing on the beach, old world glamor etc it has all my fave elements. It is also the first sims 3 world to have gay characters in the game. I also recommend Monte Vista for a European world feel. Very beautiful world.
I know this video is older. But yes the sims 3 store world are tricky sometimes. When mine done want to show up, rather than re install the whole game and expansions which are fine, i believe its, clear the cache files. Then delete the "installed worlds folder" then go to sims 3 store and re install just the store worlds that werent showing up. Yeah sometimes you have to do this if you havent loaded up sims 3 in a while 😢 one thing i find annoying. Other than that. I love the store worlds just wish they werent always disappearing and would stay on my launcher like the regular expansions
please play more sims 3! this was so cool i had a few of the store worlds back in the day but there are so many cool ones. loved this video! it's easy to forget how customizable sims 3 is like really. I too was like I feel limited! when I started playing again (it was my favorite game for years and years I've just played a lot of different games for years). so much custom and the open world is unbeatable in my opinion....sims 2 does a really good job and it's a wonderful game too. sims 4 doesn't compare XD
Oh man I miss The Sims 3! I own it, but of course with the 2000s being late in the era of almost exclusively disc-based pc gaming, I've somehow managed to misplace not only my original copy of the base game, but every expansion pack I owned as well. I have no clue where any of it might be. So until they turn up or I shell out some cash for digital versions, I'll watch your videos. (Of course, I'll still watch your videos after I find them!)
Honestly. In Canadian dollars I paid the same for a Sims 3 world as I pay for a Game Pack after taxes and such and... was way more worth it. Also not only did you get way more lots in a world... you could plop more anywhere you wanted. So good. Plus you get a lot of new stuff with it so its fine lol Its even better if you get the venue on Daily Deal. The one thing that annoys me about the Boardwalk is there is a venue with a carousel in it that would be perfect for the Boardwalk lot but isn't in it lmao So you have to get the carousel venue and then manually add the carousel. I assume its supposed to go where those bouncy horses were. Sunlit Tides is absolutely beautiful, I highly recommend getting that. I also really love Lucky Palms. And you would be insane not to get the casino lol But that world I think you can get away with just getting the world by itself, and then waiting for the Casino to show up in the daily deal. Cause you can get venues for like $5 when they're a daily deal. Also you just recolor the car with the pallette in buy mode.
I'd love to see a video where you explore player created worlds in The Sims 3 like Cronor or one of the others (if they still work). I tried to download a couple myself and wasn't able to figure it out yet lol.
This really makes me want to buy sims 3 and play again, I don't think I ever did the fix it car! I have it on disc but not sure I have the download codes anymore.

There’s all different kinds of optimisations for ts3, like capping the frame rate and linking your graphics card. That could help out with the lag!

There is a separate working carousel that you can buy in the sims 3 store. Ridiculous I know, and it will run you about $10 if memory serves
Sunlit Tides is GORGEOUS and huge. It takes forever to get places tho so leave for work early
I have every store town except Lunar Lakes and Barnacle Bay. Roaring Heights, Sunlit Tides and Monte Vista are all totally worth it. Dragon Valley has some really cool buildings and baby dragons.

I'd love a sims 3 video on how much better their various Supernaturals are, like Genies being able to ensorcel people.
Also they probably don't have an option to paint the car because of the preexisting colour change options in the game. Like you could go to build and buy and make it luminous green with hot pink stripes if you wanted, or my personal favourite of making cars with the spider web pattern
My fave world! It's like old Bridgeport! I downloaded a typewriter mod to replace computers... some cc old phones and tvs, I also have a mod to not pick up cell because they didnt exist. It makes the game feel more realistic. I love playing in this world, it's like a proper city, playing in history, playing on the beach, old world glamor etc it has all my fave elements. It is also the first sims 3 world to have gay characters in the game. I also recommend Monte Vista for a European world feel. Very beautiful world.
I know this video is older. But yes the sims 3 store world are tricky sometimes. When mine done want to show up, rather than re install the whole game and expansions which are fine, i believe its, clear the cache files. Then delete the "installed worlds folder" then go to sims 3 store and re install just the store worlds that werent showing up. Yeah sometimes you have to do this if you havent loaded up sims 3 in a while 😢 one thing i find annoying. Other than that. I love the store worlds just wish they werent always disappearing and would stay on my launcher like the regular expansions

it's easy to forget how customizable sims 3 is like really. I too was like I feel limited! when I started playing again (it was my favorite game for years and years I've just played a lot of different games for years). so much custom and the open world is unbeatable in my opinion....sims 2 does a really good job and it's a wonderful game too. sims 4 doesn't compare XD

Oh man I miss The Sims 3! I own it, but of course with the 2000s being late in the era of almost exclusively disc-based pc gaming, I've somehow managed to misplace not only my original copy of the base game, but every expansion pack I owned as well. I have no clue where any of it might be. So until they turn up or I shell out some cash for digital versions, I'll watch your videos. (Of course, I'll still watch your videos after I find them!)
If I remember correctly, it's not a dolphin but a shark that jumps out at the roller coaster.

Honestly. In Canadian dollars I paid the same for a Sims 3 world as I pay for a Game Pack after taxes and such and... was way more worth it. Also not only did you get way more lots in a world... you could plop more anywhere you wanted. So good. Plus you get a lot of new stuff with it so its fine lol Its even better if you get the venue on Daily Deal.
The one thing that annoys me about the Boardwalk is there is a venue with a carousel in it that would be perfect for the Boardwalk lot but isn't in it lmao So you have to get the carousel venue and then manually add the carousel. I assume its supposed to go where those bouncy horses were.
Sunlit Tides is absolutely beautiful, I highly recommend getting that.
I also really love Lucky Palms. And you would be insane not to get the casino lol But that world I think you can get away with just getting the world by itself, and then waiting for the Casino to show up in the daily deal. Cause you can get venues for like $5 when they're a daily deal.
Also you just recolor the car with the pallette in buy mode.
