I cannot stop watching the old videos with Carlos. His charm and warmth are difficult to substitute. Steven is a great singer but his personality is not as appealing as Carlos'. He had an amazing stage presence and was a real showman.

I don't know his life so much but I feel devastated and regretful right now. Actually, once I heard his voice in TH-cam, his public relation and attractive baritone voice cached me amazingly and from then on, I always watching his videos along with his colleagues in IL DIVO. Era irremplazable, por muy bien que Steven lo haga, Il Divo eran ellos cuatro… me emociona mucho escucharlo y preferiría su imagen y su voz al fondo en una pantalla a una sustitución, colaboración especial o como quieran llamarlo. 💔
Adriana, la vida continua, Carlos no volverá sino vivir en nuestras memorias. Las canciones antiguas caben bien en pantalla, pero nas nuevas no. Il Divo necesita ser eterno.
@@mikhaiah La vida continua pero es que ellos 3 no hicieron bien las cosas, por eso es normal que los fans de Carlos y algunos de Il Divo se sientan mal. Todo esto se dio porque le pusieron un sustituto muy rápido, pero si uno se pone a mirar son más cosas: no le dieron condolencias a su familia, no enviaron ni unas flores a su sepelio, a la semana del entierro ya le tenían el reemplazo, el homenaje se queda corto (sobre todo si dicen que era su hermano), pretendieron hacer los conciertos de enero cuando no había pasado ni un mes de la muerte de Carlos, luego quisieron hacer conciertos en febrero pero les toco aplazar varios porque no vendieron la boletería, después sale Urs a hablar mal de Carlos, dando entender que ahora las cosas mejor que nunca. Era obvio que la vida continua, que sus 3 voces no les dan para seguir con la agrupación porque si o si necesitan de un barítono, ya que esa tesitura de voz junto a la voz pop son las más importantes. Espero que el grupo continúe porque Carlos inicio con ellos este proyecto, pero su actuar me deja mucho que desear, así que yo, personalmente los dejaré de seguir, pero que bien que existan personas como tu que solo se centren en la música, así ellos seguirán cantando por más tiempo
Pienso igual, es que ese homenaje quedo corto, tanto que algunos piensan que usan el nombre de Carlos para introducir al nuevo. En el concierto solo cantan una canción con la silla vacía y listo, ese es el homenaje. Si hubiesen puesto su imagen, su nombre... debieron esperar más tiempo para encontrar el reemplazo y buscar una voz más parecida, de esa manera habría sido más fácil la transición, pero es que a la semana de ser enterrado Carlos ya le tenían el reemplazo y esperaban arrancar a cantar a finales de enero o inicios de febrero, pero no vendieron casi ninguna boleta (lo se porque yo misma revise), por eso empezaron la gira después. También me da pesar con Steven, el es muy profesional y talentoso pero sus voces no son parecidas, no son el mismo tipo de barítonos, por ejemplo su canción Regresa a mí y otras, han perdido toda su magia. Quisiera que lo reemplazará una voz parecida pero creo que no va a pasar porque David prefirió elegir a su amigo, así que este sonido de Il Divo quedará solo en nuestra memoria, discos y videos

Es un homenaje corto y pobre, solo por vender entradas, además de lo que ya comentan también por aquí, las voces no se parecen, aún espero que canten A mi manera…. Como ya comenté para mi era irremplazable. Esa sigue siendo mi opinión.
