@@jaredbowen3527 Coleman has run 9.7 multiple times while Lyles has yet to run faster than 9.83. Don't be silly and expect Noah to run 9.6 all of a sudden when his body doesn't even know what 9.7 feels like. Make a better analysis than that bro.
This Olympics is tough. I want Coleman to win, Lyles as well, Tebogo a little, it would be cool to see Marcell and Kelley to win, Ronnie Baker, BROMELL too or De Grasse, just can’t decide but I think Coleman still has more than a 9.76 in the tank and he needs to win again for once.
You started off very well! LOL…hmm, I dunno about Lyles…he got em’ this year, but he’s still a bit of a slow started and very late to accelerate…if he fixes that start he will not be defeated by ANYONE w/that insane top speed, unless DeGrasse, whom also has an insane top end, gets a start (I’m not expecting it, but DeGrasse is unpredictable as all hell). Anyhow, Coleman lost a lot of progress during his suspension, but he’s looking ready to get back to the top, and he will get there if h e learns to relax and trust his top speed, and his upper body tension (lol, jk). Tebogo is a force…I’m a bit terrified of him and he’s like a young Bolt ready to get in the proper training and build more muscle…likewise for the insane talent of Knighton! Jacobs is not really on my radar right now, Baker is hitting that age where he may be fading a little, but Bromell is hot if he can stay healthy, along with Kerley, who has 9.6 in him also, especially if he gets a start. My money is still on Coleman, w/Tebogo right there, though.
his views are what i always thought on the olympics, dont lock in now that its 2024, you shouldve locked in from 2022 when tokyo finished and 2024 is keep the same energy and try not to get injured
He's ready. Focusing on the process and learning, getting better, the results will come. That's applicable to track but really to anything in life. Great mindset by Christian.
He’s like a typical 60M runner…explosive and doesn’t usually relax 80-plus. However, he did fix that part of his race before his suspension, and he’ll fix it again. He has this speed, but his mechanics are a little off, and he’s trying waaaaaay too hard to maintain that speed…he needs to learn to relax and let his speed maintain itself & he will be okay. I’m sure his coach knows what to do, as he has fixed this before, and if Shelly can fix her finals stages & 200M, so can CC!
I’ve got CC definitely 9.7 ready this year, and I also feel he would have definitely won Budapest if he did not slip up during his drive (usually his BEST part, but was his worst there). Simply put, I’m paying very close attention to him and his training; he’s basically back to his old start, and more importantly, pay attention to how he’s been running 200’s and 400’s to work on his Maintenance Phase. If Christian can maintain his brilliant start and acceleration, then just RELAX and trust his top speed, he can hit 9.6. I also think Christian has a few mechanics he can fix…his potential to be much better is tremendous, and I think he’s ready! BTW, fix the notes under my man…he’s not merely Indoor World Champion; he’s twice world record holder! LOL
CC is coming back for everything that belongs to the top dog! 9.6 loading
If Coleman runs 9.6x, Noah runs faster
@@jaredbowen3527 yeah you’re right. If Coleman goes 9.6x, Noah will be running faster in the 200. Maybe it’ll inspire a 19.2 for this season

I want him to win gold over Lyles.
I agree, but I would love to see Lyles fix his start and acceleration.
