Milk, the favourite food for fungi 🤔

Pouring dilute Milk Kefir on the soil around my trees definitely improved their vigour.
I've started building up the beds in the poly tunnel to grow food and poured some past its sell by date milk onto the decaying bark and kitchen scraps. Within a couple of days this happened !
