Your enchantments are too under the effect of the fortify restoration loop, when the potion runs out they lose a good junk of their power. A good way of permanently having crazy effects is to use the loop to make fortify enchantment potions and enchant your gear with fortify alchemy. That way you only need to do the loop once, as your fortify alchemy gear combined will probably be enough to reach insane buffs
