    In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' on our Patreon page (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access it here: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 As an independent, consumer-oriented reviewer, we have fewer revenue-streams open to us than the majority of other channels out there, so we do ask for a small donation for access to this guide (as well as a free consultation and access to our other Patreon content). Thanks so much for your help!

      I’m assuming you already figured it out but just any case anyone else misses it; pull up rather than out. Might need to wiggle it to loosen

    Thank you so much for this video. My dumbass even borrowed my neighbor’s allen wrench because I had no clue that it could be disassembled without using those.

      Thanks, glad it was helpful. :) We do actually, the process has remained more or less the same for all iterations of the Yoyo, so you can use this video: th-cam.com/video/K8uXXqvf6YI/w-d-xo.html

    Random question- can you remove that backrest plastic piece? We put it on the stroller but want to remove since we’re not using the 6+ yet, just the car seat. The red button pressed in makes it a bit complicated to remove.

      yes, watch our video on how to mount the 0+ base, and you'll see how to remove it. :)

    There seems to be two wires that cannot be removed from the canopy (in addition to the 2 that are removable). Is that right and if so is it still safe to put the whole thing into the washing machine?

    • @mirihecht3129
      @mirihecht3129 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wendy Fu did you wash it like that? With what feels like a wire inside the canopy?

    • @MrPikkoz
      @MrPikkoz 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just FYI the metal arches in the canopy can be removed pushing and jiggling , not really intuitive but can be done (because when you get It new you have to insert the metal arches) just pay attenzione the order of the arches as one may be slightly bigger than the other one.
      Also i may be late in telling that putting the cover inside the washing machine with the metal arches Will ruin tour washing machine , your covers and could makenthe arches get rusty that will in time seep into the fabrics.

    Do you need to put them in a pillowcase in the washing machine? Thinking of all the plastic bits clanking around

    I was only able to remove two metal pieces from the canopy, there is one more rod that is sewn closed, and it is more flexible than the metal rods. Is that ok to leave the 3rd piece in while machine washing?

    Seems like a bit less work than on the Baby Jogger Tour 2. Seems like this might put the yoyo ahead.

    what kind of chlorine do you use?

    • @BarnevognverkstedNo
      @BarnevognverkstedNo  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just a generic supermarket sort (ours is at 2.4% concentration, but this is probably more or less the same for other brands of household bleach). The trick is to not pour it directly on the textiles, but rather in the soap compartment along with soap. Roughly 300 - 500 ml is good for the first washing round. You can always repeat the process if the mildew / stains don't go away the first time :)
