Does anyone know if there is a difference in the frame for the *Plus* colour packs? I've found there is a 6 and a 6+ (as well as a 0 and 0+) colour pack, but haven't seen a Frame+ I live in Mexico, and I have to buy everything apart, as no one will ship the whole thing together.

This is wrong : both the shoulder straps and the pillow straps have to go in the same hole in the mattress/support
