Boom boom helicopter doesn't work anymore it got patched so they don't fly as long and the boom booms separate, before that they would stay together and fly for a really long time

So you build two blocks up, also fill in the bottom, and if you stand in the right place and repeatedly throw crates, it should complete the set up and the crates will rotate. I don't remember how long the platform has to be or where you stand though, I'll give the level ID when I next play Mario Maker.
