Yes, the gear change cables on 3 speed models are a bit finicky to set up, unlike the two speeders that only have one cable with a spring return. I have rebuilt a few of both. I used to own an S/2 23 . I now have an F 23 which is identical, but has rear suspension. That i will never sell !
