My Experience of PADI Freediver Course Level 1

In this video, I am doing a review of my experience of my Freediver Course Level 1 with PADI. I highly recommend this training! It really helped me understand my body and hold my breath longer. I also took the extra 2 days mermaid swimming and photoshoot activity that was really fun!

I am gathering resources and knowledge towards becoming a professional mermaid, and your channel has been extremely helpful - thank you from the bottom of my heart. When things are less COVID-y, I will take a PADI freediving course. I can hold my breath about two minutes in salt water (less in fresh for some reason). I hope you and yours are well.

Great summary, now I know a lot more of what the course actually contalns! One thing though the background music is mixed so high it almost drowns out your voice completely, had a hard time hearing parts of the video.

2: how long can u hold ur breath max?
3: what is max deep u reach in free dive?
4: and is it the same holding breath in deep meter i meen if i can hold my breath 4min on the top of water is it going to be the same in 20 meter down or 30 meter or....

Hey, yes they told me to exhale just before the surface that way I am ready to bread when I am outside of the water.

james moller ~ exhaling just before breaking the surface means your first breath of air is an oxygen-filled INHALE...actually making the freedive safer, not more dangerous 👍🏼

"air" not pure oxygen. It least Scuba diving tanks is air (filtered for impurities, & compressed) not pure oxygen
