And this is such an important topic... comparison prevents us from reaching the peak of our potentials... mostly I'm of the opinion that it is an insult to God and this is cos he created us completely different so that our uniqueness would shine throughout his universe.
Comparison is a fleshly attribute because it's all about you. When you actually walk according to the spirit your nature changes and your all about God and Christ rather then the self. The fix is to actually surrender the self in faith and follow Christ and Christs ways/teachings with heart and mind, walking in faith, following Christs teachings with your mind and heart which helps to prune out various things that serve the other side which is where comparison comes from. Many are like the sow that returns to wallowing in the mud after coming to Christ and turn from the straight path. These are about going back to Christ and CLEANSED spiritually over and over. Christ calls us back when we wander away with heart and mind back to the world and the worlds ways and things but the Lord calls the heart and mind back to center on him and when we do this he fills us again with his goodness and cleanses us. God's works are drawing us back to him and when you follow and listen these are his works at work in us and aren't our works because no one can draw near to God themselves nor restore themselves to God with any effort. Just follow Christ and God and let their works manifest in you
