Eh... Not really different Ganons. Ganondorf in OoT tried his thing, got defeated. In the adult timeline he was sealed away in the Sacred Realm. This leads to Wind Waker, where he breaks loose, floods Hyrule, gets defeated for good. In the child timeline, he is stopped thanks to Link and Zelda's early (and detailed) warning, stopping his plan before it begins. He is executed (or they tried), he gets the Triforce of Power anyway because Din is a bit of a bitch, and he was sent into the Twilight Realm. This is where Twilight Princess starts up. He manipulates Zant, brings the forces of Twilight into the light world, ends up dying on Link's sword once the goddesses get bored. But when he WINS in OoT as the Demon King, that becomes his permanent, piggish form. That's the blue/green humanoid hog you see in every other Zelda game. Legend of Zelda, Oracle games, Link to the Past, possibly BotW (I think, that on's hard to place). So yeah, different Links and Zeldas, but Ganondorf is the same every single time. He keeps getting sealed and breaking out until some Link finally finishes the job.
TheSmashMaster9000 whoops, my bad. But every one of those things happened in different timelines so technically can be said the same Gannon died tree times in the série and gets resurrected in some of the sequels
