As always, love your videos. No tub in master , Need a half bath on main as well .... half a mill.... formal living and dinning...missing that 2 spaces as you open the front door... sad.. just when I am planning to buy
First /second house ,bedrooms are too small ,narrow staircase this a builder grade cheap finishes .wasted space.Why would you put a vent in the closet no real air flow.Not worth the money in my opinion.
The 3rd house is pretty much the same..All of the houses are pretty much blan there are no ‘wow factors’ in any of the house, however the 3rd house offers better back yard space..If I SCORE HOUSES ON SCALE 1-5 ,1 BEING THE LOWEST ,THERE SCORE WOULD BE 2 ..I have seen a lot better for less money .That’s my true..Good luck to builder. The finishes,space and Quality materials are very Important in a house for that price.
