yeah, don't think it was a cell site, just a comm hut, the ladder racks are good to sale, especially if you kept the hardware.

Yup typical precast telecom building. I've built a lot of them over the years.
They never used it? That's wicked odd. Those AC units are rather handy as they typically heat and cooling capable. The rectifier stack is probably worth something to somebody that want's to set up very large UPS. One hell of an AC panel... but I suppose everybody is gun shy about used equipment.
