Sir..i had the problem in opening mouth wide from one year...i went to doctor but at that time my molar teeth were growing out so they said mouth would open itself after teeths are out...but now i can open my mouth wide i can enter 2fingers in my mouth and hardly sometimes 3 finger but it pains a lot...i also feel a bit burning sensation on eating chilly....My mouth has not turned completely white but retromolar area had turned white and it pains mainly in that region when i try to open mouth wide...please help me out

My normal opening now is 26-27mm but when I wake up in the morning or leave my mouth closed for more than 3 hours so my mouth is reduced to 23-24 mm. I want to know is it progressing or it's normal? I can feel the stiffed bands in my left cheek but right cheek has upto 30% less fibros. One of my friend developed cancer after 10 years of secession of habit, his mouth opening was 27mm and was not addicted to any other bad habits. Please answer.

@@saif.less. It's been 2.5 years now and my mouth opening has improved a lot. It will not convert in to Cancer until you continue the habit. Leave it asap and just do little mouth exercise (Any exercise to stretch your mouth but not excessively) everyday for 3 months. Everything will get better InshaAllah.
@@azras.4044 Hey thanks, initially my mouth opening was 27-28mm but In last 4 months it's increases by 8-10 mm now it's around 35mm ( initially 2 fingers but now almost 3 full fingers). But have white patches on both cheeks and got blood blister 1 time. Can you please suggest me some medicine which really helps you for patches.
