Yes characters do share some brutalities, such as the uppercut one since every character has an uppercut move, but they also have character specific ones connected to their unique throws and special moves. And the reason Omni-Man was announcing his own wins is because MK1 has announcer voice packs of the characters'' voices with his being one added in with his DLC.
