I feel like the whole Raiden's sister would possibly be Amaterasu, probably ringing the whole theme of japanese gods and goddesses siblings like Raiden or Fujin etc.
I have a bit of an idea who Raiden's sister is. Fujin but he is now a woman in the new timeline and Raiden's sister because Fujin did refer to Raiden as brother in 11.
If you want to see more Marvel vs Capcom, I'd still recommend the TAS for Marvel vs Capcom by SDR. It's amazing.

Ah, in aspects like this, MK11 was far superior...because it was more "Mortal Kombat-like", with a culmination of a story starting from MK9. This one is totally new, new timeline, "new " characters, so there is a disconnection...or lack of connection, or whatever. Also it was better that they had 3 lines, instead of just 2.
At 1:07, Mileena says that to Johnny because she's already dating Tanya & she isn't interested in him.
