Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1½cup (200g)
Cocoa powder - ⅓cup (35g)
Baking powder - 1tsp (4g)
Baking soda - ½tsp (3g)
Salt - ½tsp
Sugar - ¾cup (150g)
Egg - 2
Milk - ¾cup (180ml)
Melted Butter or oil - ⅓cup (80ml)
Chocolate chips - ½cup(80g) + 30g for toppings
Bake in preheated oven (170°C) for 18 - 20 mins

Just made it a while ago! It turned out super well. My whole family loved it as it is super moist and yummy!
There were some changes I made as I didn’t have a few of the ingredients. I used superfine flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and reduced the castor sugar to 100g.
