Thank You sooo much for this receipe . Just a heads up for all those who will be trying this. I was short by yoghurt and bread crumps and I altered it with dry nuts powder and curd and it came out well.
Make sure to make your potato balls stiff enough or coat it with maida before you dip it in the oil. It makes them less soggy. I tried this recipe and it turned out great 😍🙌

And other thing kofte bhut zayada garam oil me fry kren nahi to work toot jayenge or neeche chipk Jaye ge......... Mere sath esa hua.... And also shaid payaz Thora zayada ho gaya to meetha taste a raha tha.. otherwise all good... Shaid me choti Hun me sirf 15 years ki Hun to shaid experience ki kami ki wajah se esa hua.... But all ok Meri mama ne 6.5 out of 10 diye hai..... Or han kofte fry krne ke baad khane me thore kache kache feel hue wo bhi ander see...... Extremely bad taste..don't try this at your home. It's just the wastage of vegetables..genuine opinion. I have tried this and exactly in same quantity. Totally dissatisfied with this food

I have a suggestion to give, please don't use shan masala, use National only : ( National masala is an old company and better in its taste and all. That's what i think.
