- Hi guys,
here is our first official Meet adaptation. It was a lot of hard work, but we finally managed to finish it. We are not used to do a lot of effects, especially 3d ones, so it took us some time to create a video we all liked. We hope you enjoy watching it.
All rights to the soundtrack and the game belong to Valve.

By far, this has been the BEST meet the spy irl I have seen! The costume was good, the timing pretty good, lipsinking was okay, the effects was intresting and fun to look at and it was really enyonible. Great work guys!
Biggest props to the guy playing sniper
Because
1. Convincingly acting out being unconscious is very hard and
2. Requires serious trust not to be dropped
3. HE’S GOTTA PRAY TO WHATEVER IS OUT THERE THAT KNIFE WONT ACCIDENTALLY GET PUSHED INTO HIS BACK

Hi, the problem with the moves is, that the balisong isn't a real one (they are illegal) so I made a dummy and it doens't move the same way. So it wasn't possible to make it more like in the original. Usually we try to pay attention to detail, this time we couldn't. Hope you like the video anyway :)

Arcthemys P Its good until you own a butterfly knife trainer or a real one. The tricks used are not the spy's. It's a pity they didnt bother to learn the tricks.

The Sniper and Spy battle are probably one of the most epic, but short, battles I've seen in Meet the Team. Seeing it in real life made it look even better

I really like this one, it's not as crappy as the rest I've seen (even though some parts were bad), and you used advantage to some places you have to make it as the parts of the SFM. I'd say awesome job =D

The medic’s outfit covered everything so they can have two actors, without them looking the same

This is very well made, one thing you can improve is the lighting and some more props when you can.
Thanks for your compliment! We have bought our first light equipment right after this Meet was published. New ones will be filmed with better light settings.

An inaccuracy to note soldier jumps down the last couple stairs
Aside from the lip movements, this is very good remake. The effects and designs look very real and it has some really good jokes

how did u make the sentry and the head explode?
Hi Jasper, i've bought a 3D model of the sentry and adjusted the materials in Cinema 4D. In Cinema I also generated the shot with cameras, lights, etc. Finally I rendered everything with Multi-Passes. In the next step i imported all the different layers in After Effects and added some lights, flares and smoke / fire elements (google videocopilot !!!).
For the head I animated a picture of the wall right at the point when his head should explode. So the head is just replaced by a picture of the wall behind :D adding some blood, splatters and muzzle flashes and voilà :) The eyes are simple 3D objects.
Working with motion blur makes everything look more realistic.
When there is time i can make a video of all the visual effects.
