In less than two years, our #proud2bcia students learn the ingredients, techniques, and tricks of the trade as they work hands-on in bakeshops and a bakery café right on campus. They serve customers and see firsthand how much joy their creations bring them. There’s no other baking and pastry program like it in all of culinary education.
