Thomas Keller is a boss!! I was lucky enough to eat at the French laundry after the new kitchen and omg it's amazing. And a dishwasher wasn't there to Keller himself was washing dishes. one team one dream. fuck yeah! he is an icon.
It’s nice to hear them admit that a fancy restaurant has to have some greatest hits. Often these days you hear restaurants brag about chaing the menu every month, and experimenting constantly - without realizing that the average person will only eat there once - so it doesn’t matter.

Don't know, but they recieved 2+ million dollars in pandemic aid while the small restaurants CLOSED THEIR DOORS. Bon appetit.
