What greater power did you get, and what limitations did you break? I am just curios if you care to share!? Did you get rid of likes and dislikes in regarde of your surrondings , situations and people , became immune to diffrent things that before you thought arent just maybe? Geat idea! If I were buying a property in the USA, I would definitely want to live there. It is simply creating a "paradise on Earth" where your neighbors will be people similar to you. The enviroment is safe and friendly, but also gives you a kick of an inspiration. It's great that there is an option to rent rooms for people with a smaller budget, foreigners, etc. I appreciate the transparency of the project. Following the example of what Sadhguru does and does not do, people in the West could learn how to distinguish con-masters from real Guru. Sadhguru is a model like the Sevres metric model 😊 This is how a Guru behaves in the modern world.

So Tennessee is not a very welcoming place in the US. You would do well to select a location without so many anti-spiritualists. This is a state with a lot of bigotry, prejudice and small minds. Not saying everyone there is like this, but the majority of people there can certainly be this way.
