TFT Flow ( tftflow.com/ ) is updated for Patch 14.23b. I did upload a video for Patch 14.23, but it was outdated within an hour of me uploading it lol so I had to re-record to get this out for this patch. Thankfully or unthankfully, the meta is kind of similar since Black Rose is still strong. The major changes are Rebel, Scrap, and Family. The Scrap nerfs are a little unfortunate in the context of Black Rose still being OP since now AD just feels meh, but maybe that'll change over the course of the patch.

one thing to note is that nashors tooth shojin + ap dmg item is BIS for leblanc because after her cast the next 3 auto attacks deal additional magic dmg nashors makes it so u attack faster after casting :)

I cannot thank you enough for putting the 'level 8 no legendaries` section on comps. So many guides out there show capped level 8 boards with 1-2 5 costs which is so unreliable to hit. Makes it much nicer to use. Export feature would be great with the new team builder once its done
I got adhd so its hard for me to naturally understand these things during games and your videos always help to explain sets and get stuff moving in my brain, ranked up higher than ever before listening to your advice
Found good success with Conqueror Family. Darius and Powder for early game; swapping items from Darius to Ambessa late game. Main goal is to get a strong front line early game through both letting Powder do damage with her bombs and Darius cleaning house with his cleave. Darius should get the items first followed by Powder. Then tank items. Some additions to the line up would be Vi, Urgot, and Gangplank for more beefy front lines. You'll be able to get a lot of traits active too.
and by the way, cannot wait for your team planner to be available for us to look into all the comps like you did in the videos, its insanely good and you had some variation on the comps that are not featured in the msot famous website. cannot wait !!

About Dominator variation of the black rose: rn on my server pretty much all top players are spamming heimer + malz 4 visioner black rose line and dominator variation is a HARD counter for them. Lack of burst damage of visioners makes Morde, even on 1 star with quicksilver+heal (BT/HoJ) a free win against BiS items Heimer 2 if Morde positioned correctly. Learned it the hard way tho
Nice guide. I degen one tricked black rose last patch and elise feels substantially weaker, especially vs rebels (which counters black rose kinda hard with jinx rocket)
You can actually play Rebel Academy as well. I lost to Rebel Academy with a Rebel Sentinel build, which confused me but they had so many items and backline carries that it just worked way better.
I have lost a couple games but I have been enjoying Vi enforcer. I got a 2* cait early one game and mutated her and she was slapping everybody with 4 sniper 6 enforcer but can’t do that frequently. Was a game I had a sniper emblem dummy
Indeed it will be. I'll probably develop some premium features for the team builder itself long-term to create some sort of Patreon-like incentive, but that's for the future and obviously the main functionality will always be free. And the compositions I personally create (like the ones used in this video) will be viewable any time you click on a link to see a comp on the site (instead of going to Tactics Tools like it does now).
I tried this build, got 1st while making a ton of mistakes. Even forced the build (the 1st one you mentioned). This thing popped up called hextech forge.. not sure what it was. I googled it and it don't make sense. anything know why it was there and what to do with it?
That's Jayce's passive. It depends on Jayce's position. What it does is, if Jayce casts a skill, the hextech forge also casts a skill. It Jayce's position is in 1st and 2nd row, it gives shield to the 2(correct me if I'm wrong) nearest ally ;if Jayce is positioned in 3rd and 4th row, it gives attack speed to the 2 nearest unit. I forgot if 2 or 3 nearest unit. Also acts as a bit of a meatshield.
Going back here to comment, I forced kill streak on heimer like u said every game and i win every time im able to get there unless someone hits something crazy

Eventually those links will get switched over to what you saw in this video (they aren't yet as the feature I used for this video is not quite polished enough to release yet).
Oh I actually think Kog is in a great place. He's the baseline. Any comps performing better should probably be tuned down, anyone performing worse should probably get tuned up. Not a perfect baseline, but Kog does what he's supposed to do: Top 4, never win unless you get an insane artifact setup.

reporting in for the important task, I got an RFC off the encounter and forced nocturne he did 18k damage per round and carried me to an easy first
