    Love your video, i want to ask a question , if a rack and Pinion Valve actuator is pressurized and the air supply is isolated how long can the air in the actuator chambers make the actuator to be in the open position without returning to the Fail to close ,Position.

    And you made it into a fellow open you said you made it into a counter-clockwisedown South we Cullen fell open cuz that's where it mounts on top of a valve fail close or fail open

    What do you mean on the rack side they both have racks on both

      He means the side of the piston that has the rack with teeth. When he pulls the pistons out of the actuator you'll notice they are "L" shaped. Place the oddball spring on the rack side or in other words the corner of the "L". That way it reduces the side load of the piston and will hopefully increase the life of the piston seals.
