Good stuff. One small correction is that the "hold the trigger and turn on the controller" is only for pairing the controller to a color/ID. Pressing the button two times pairs the car to that color/ID and does not require anything from the controller. The controller can be on or off while you do that, and there's no need to do anything with the trigger or controller power. If you need to re-assign a controller to another color/ID, you hold down that button on the base until all the lights flash, then let it go. Next, with the controller off, hold the trigger and turn it on. This tells the controller to pair with the base to that color/ID. Those actions are entirely independant of one another, and cannot be done at the same time, even if you wanted to. Again, press-press to program car(s) on the track to that color. Press+hold, then hold trigger and turn on controller to program that controller to that color.
Thanks for this chap, admittedly, I did have to contact Scalextric to talk me through it as I wasn't doing it in the right manner initially so, they helped me through it. I'll make sure I bring this info to the surface in the near future, there's the third part in Friday so, after that I'll do a caveat. Hope all's well over there, speak soon 👍🏻
Been using arc air with and without wireless.. never had an issues with the software. We.run using a IPad for control. Works flawlessly.. thanks for putting this up. Will take the scare factor out of it. Also I can add a custom track layout. Cheers
@trackfanstv arc one also ran.fune. just not running a digital track. But do run carerra digital cars as well once by flipping the polarity switch underneath. The arc pro is actually very functional..not a bad system.
Very good instructions how the ARC works, you just forget one thing, you didn’t not show how to control the power by for the cars it is 100% you can put it down 80 % or less but on 80% you you have a voltage of 12,58 instead of 15 volt. I have put my ARC into work with my Policar track by making some adaptors that’s working perfectly. For both Digital And Analog and with 2 Scalextric 4 amp power supply you have power enough even for cars as Scaleauto, NSR, Slot it etc. All the best from Danish Arne living in Beverley UK

The idea of using a different power supply is good, I wasn't sure if it affects the control you have on the cars, thanks for the input, very interesting indeed Arne 👍🏻

Just to give another dimension to slot car racing, it's mega handy to be able to switch lane if you wanted to add something new to what you've been doing for a while. A lot of people that try it do revert back to analogue, thanks for watching bud 👌🏻

Yes buddy, you can race them as they come using the analogue setting in the ARC Pro or, install digital chips and race them digitally too 👍🏻
