excellent video. One thing I still need help, how do you remove the vents that are attached to the unit? on time 14:18 we can see what seems to be rivets. Do we have to grind them?
I'm sorry for the delay to answer. The website stopped giving me prompt when someone leave a message. After I opened it it was broken. The plastic shattered behind the button. I didn't want to do a patch work for it to break dowm the road. So since I don't ever use the 4x4 high lock and left it as is. But I will need to change it as I suspect the other buttons will do the same.
Hi Wayne! When you checked the fuses, was there power to them or did they just look physically fine? With the plug behind the outlets removed check to see if there is power to the wires. (Either a test light or a voltmeter.) If it works it's the outlets that are corroded or broken. Edit: if there is power to the fuses, but none to the wires, it means that they are either cut or grounding between the fuse box and the outlets. You will need to follow the wires and see for any damage (it can be a small damage coming from friction or heat.) Hope it helps!
@@probonomechanic thanks,I think it's the grounded wire. Fuse is good ,no power at the port with a continuty tester.l will pull it apart like you showed ,thanks
Excellent job very clear and helpful

Was it the the dirty controllers the issue with the 4 wheel drive being stuck on, or was it something else ?
