I have a (smart meter DDS 238-2 VER IVAP din rail) The power factor value in the device was 0.9 mostly. But now it shows 0.75. Is it an issue. Would it cause any incorrect readings of units usage. Any information regarding this would be helpful. And also my 2nd question is that when i use an inverter AC load. And the amps reaches to almost 10 or above, the app for the device takes 30 mints for uploading of used units readings. Which on low loads never happened, and would upload readings within a second. And no delay time.

At start after installation it was fine but now, I am not able to check the graph and the units consumption showed per hour. Its not showing any graph or units below. Apart from this it does show the total units consumed. Also create scene works for me. Kindly reply what could i do ??? I also update the app, delete, download again, email changes, etc but nothing works.
I let it on and since 3,4 hours there was no graph or hourly data below. But after 4 hours it started showing it for the rest of the hourly time of the day. Now i can see it all day but once the day passes and the next day starts, it does not show the previous day graph and hourly time data. So it works for the present day. But not for the previous date. Kindly can you let me know what I can do to correct it ???
Thanks for the reply. Update bi kya he latest version ke sath. I hope ke new update agar ata he to sahi ho jay. Mere pass dono apps smart life or tuya smart app me same issue ara he. To us ki wajanse mje lagta he ke shaid device me issue ho @@solartechsolutionsYT
