Hello sir i purchased this device from you a little while ago. I am facing a problem while using it. I am not able to check the graph and the units consumption showed per hour. Its not showing any graph or units below. Apart from this it does show the total units consumed. Also create scene works for me.
Kindly reply what could i do ???
I also update the app, delete, download again, email changes, etc but nothing works

I left it on and since 3,4 hours there was no graph or hourly data below. But after 4 hours it started showing it for the rest of the hourly time of the day.
Now i can see it all day but once the day passes and the next day starts, it does not show the previous day graph and hourly time data.
So it works for the present day. But not for the previous date.

Ni only one meter ki ha. Changeover ki ouput ko es ma connect kry set unit tk jany pa ya device off kra dy gi phr ap changeover sa meter change kr ly.
