I was born in New Orleans and my mother took me and my sister to City Park everyday. I learned to walk/run there! Of course being a child, my favorite area was Storyland! I've been gone from there for more than 50 years and I'm thinking my sister and I may need to plan a trip!
I really enjoyed this video! Thank you!

New Orleans is full of vibes, unstoppable entertainment, dancings, nice creole foods, close proximity to seasides of Biloxi, Missisipi, Destin Florida, Pensacola Florida, Mobile Alabama and fish restaurants nearby the seaside. New Orleans is very green, with lots of lakes, rivers, hot and humid weather, St Charles district is one of the best places. I had lived in Hammond Louisiana and had driven to Harvard Avenue New Orleans from Ponchetrain Lake Viaducts.

Beautifull tour, thank you so much. Been to NOLA 1 year before Katrina. Arrived at Greyhound central, lost my bearing and walked west across some homeless open space area, eventualy found my IYH hostel somewhere 10ish blocks north of Bourbon and east of Canal. Would love to figure out & revisit those locations on Google maps.

This is the fourth Virtual Tour I have taken today while I'm iced in. All are excellent however this one seems to have a different videographer, definitely a different camera. The clarity is not as good as the previous tour videos and the panning is too fast and occasionaly erratic. Although I am somewhat familiar with all four of the videos watched so far, I have learned something new from each. Good job, Andrew.

Beer price is 8 usd at nightclubs, intermingling with alabama's escort girl at the 1st etage of nightclub tijuana style is priced at 250 usd in New Orleans. Renting car inside the Louisiana state is 65 usd per day including all insurances. To be eligible to visit other states, you must pay 130 usd incl. all insurances. In Shreveport bars , beer is 2.50 usd each especially in Hustler.

2nd hand cars are sold at bargains , 3 years old japanese fully loaded cars are sold at 10.000 usd at ease in New Orleans car dealers. Acura, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Nissan, Honda are worth to purchase 2nd hand to visit all neighboring states cities and towns. You can fill your stomach during lunch at one of Bourbon Street restaurants for 100 usd each person from turtle soup to alligator meals, crab salad to souffle as dessert and small red wine. Otherwise purchase large french fries for 10 usd. There is no clue left from any kinds of hurricanes inside the city, economically much better than Schengen countries.
