Don’t get caught up in the hype for Fox Bros or any other BBQ joint. Heirloom Market will make you cry it’s so good. It’s on Aker’s Mill Road near the Chattahoochee river. Don’t argue, just go try it for yourself.

I've been here over 20yrs, and have NEVER had Foxx Bros! Best bbq ive had is a spot up in Cartersville called Fire It Up! Brisket, ribs, sides, all on point! I even get the smoked pork shoulder blades (for my dog!)

the chicken is done. although while he didnt taste the smoke. when you smoke any kind of meat. itll have the pink hue to it. go to any bbq spot and order dark chicken meat thats been smoked. youll find that bc of the meat color the smoke color is gonna be a bit more pronounced. (i went to culinary school, and did bbq for a while down south.) now im not saying if that chicken is good or not cause i havent been there. just saying that the food is cooked properly. (although ive had atl bbq and its ight compared to other cities/states)

I had to move, so I'm not sure if they were able to make a comeback and re open, but they had the best fried chicken and their fried green tomatoes....oooooooweeeeee! Man!
