I made a whole video on this yesterday on my page, the reason I dont agree with that is because now with this economy a lot of americans are living paycheck to paycheck, you still taking money from them may hurt them more than you think even if they'll get it back from the bank, my point is you don't know what people are going thru to assume they'll be fine just calling the bank to get the money back
