I wondered the same. Looking at it, it almost seems like a dining hall type of space for when they have big get-togethers. It certainly does seem large enough to fit an easy 50 people in there. If I owned that home, I could absolutely see myself hosting Thanksgiving/Christmas lunch/dinner in that space. It has 2 bars where you could have all the food and drinks set up and people just forming lines to serve themselves.. but I mean heck.. if I could afford a home like that I'd just hire waiting staff to do everything for us LOL 😅
