Mine came broken in early November and it’s less than a week until Christmas and it’s still sitting in my garage broken because Yume won’t stand behind their product. I’ve seen this happen before but I didn’t think it would happen to me but it did. If Yume does the same thing to you, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, your state’s Attorney General’s office and your credit card company. If we let companies like Yume continue to take advantage of us and commit fraud, they’ll continue to do it. Take the time and fill out the proper paperwork and maybe in the future, companies like Yume will stop stealing from unsuspecting, hard working Americans like you and myself.

thanks for this video. i was thinking about the y11. but I am concerned about the weight. I live in a studio 2nd floor walk up and am not a spring chicken - when folded can it be pulled up the stairs on the wheel?
Yeah, it's heavy as hell. I've you want lighter. I would look at the M10. It's fast and light. Also yume is upgrading there hole lineup. I think you'll be happy with the m10 though.

Yume Y11 is nice for the price...you just need to fix a couple things. Stem pin breaks very easily, that thing that stops the stem from dropping. Good thing they have a secondary mechanism on there. Change the handlebars, they cant handle the power.

The y11 comes sealed already, right? I just purchased one 20 minutes ago online and I thought that was the case.
Sealed as in water proof? No it doesn't. At least not the ones I've sold. The new model may, I'm not sure. I haven't received any of the new models yet.

@@muletowndumpsters I would definitely appreciate that. The only one that came sealed for me was the s10. All the rest I had to seal.

am thinking to upgrading to this one from yume s10 model. How much this scooter weight guys?
i live first floor and have to take littlebit stairs.
It's about 100 pounds

I am thinking of getting this scooter. What is the max range when it is on the max speed settings
You won't be disappointed. I've never gone till the battery was dead. Furthest I've gone is about 27 miles. An I still had 2 battery bars left. Max speed I've gone is 51mph. An I'm 190 pounds.

If I'm 6'1 would it be tall enough?
Absolutely. I sold one to one of my friends, and he's 6'3. He didn't have any hight issues. It's definitely got plenty of power for big boys as well.
