      @johnhammond9164 it really depends on your needs. The Osprey is huge! The hawk pro is more portable. If you want knees knocking speed. The Osprey. If you want more nimble, the Pro. There both great in my opinion.

    Hey what's up, how is the Osprey holding up? Would you recommend the Osprey as of now? Did it have any reliability or build quality issues during your ownership of it? Does the scooter actually reach the advertised 60mph top speeds? I am considering getting perhaps a Yume Raptor or Osprey. Thank you.

    • @1BlackHammer
      @1BlackHammer 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @megar_potato859 what's up. It's an awesome scooter. I had a problem with the light switch. So they sent me a new one. That's really the only major issue I had. I sold it to a friend that needed some transportation. I miss it so much, I'm thinking about buying another one. I'm 200 pounds, it had no issues getting to 58mph with me on it. It felt like it had more to give. You don't realize how scary 60mph is on a scooter until you do it. I've been on the highway many times with mine. It's super stable at high speeds. I would definitely recommend it. It's faster than my dualtron thunder 2!

    Nice video. I stumbled upon this brand upon searching for a dual motor scooter. Was really settled on the kukirin g3 pro and was considering paying a bit extra for an Apollo phantom v4, but I heard Apollo scooter have horrible customer service and not great QA w there scooters. May I ask how has the quality been with the Yume brand since you have owned it? Also have you had any issues in electrics? I read from another TH-camr on his having an electric issue. Yume seems more bang for your buck with regards to what they throw in a package. I really like the kukirin g3 pro cause I’ve read noting but great things about that scooter and it has a removable battery.

    • @1BlackHammer
      @1BlackHammer 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @hhova29 what's up, I would definitely say get what you really want. Buy once cry once. Lol... but as far as the yume hawk pro. I have had no issues at all! I still ride this scooter to this day. It's one of my favorites. Since yume has upgraded their brand, they have been pretty solid. I have had issues with some of their older models. Like tights, and reiver, but it's inevitable. If you ride long enough. Something will happen. There customer service has been solid as well. I hope this helps?

      @@1BlackHammer tyvm. Can’t thank u enough for your input. Yeah I’m debating between the 2 as both have great features. Also have read your mention on how time has stepped up their current market etc. I only plan to use it for recreation and the but I’m going to research a bit more and definitely make a move. Appreciate your video on this time and will look at your other videos. Perhaps for me maybe I can even try to get away with/ the regular hawk version if not the hawk pro. I swear I wish this scooter would have a removable battery compartment like the g3 pro because that’s is a great feature for future reference/ upgrades. Which scooter do you plan on getting next? The raptor? Lol

      @1BlackHammer i have pushed it more than I rode it. It kept dying while riding and always far from home. The tube was too big for the tire, so it twisted and split itself at the valve stem, another good hike pushing it. After repairing the tube and putting the wheel back on, it's dead. The box makes its whistles when I press the key for it but no power to the handle bar controller, no power to the lights. The battery is at 66 volts and charges. I found an open ground on the rear controller, but I can't find out if that wire should be open as it is a ground? There is not enough information out there to tell me what or where troubleshoot the issue?

    • @1BlackHammer
      @1BlackHammer หลายเดือนก่อน

      @DudleyDugger Wow, that's a lot. The dieing far from home thing... you can't ride hard when you're going long distances. You have to watch your voltage meter. When the battery is low, and you pull the gas too hard, you can drop below the voltagecut off limit. And the scooter will cut off. That's common for all scooters. Some are just more sensitive than others when it comes to voltage lag. As far as the wiring stuff. If you contact Jenny Zhang, she should be able to help you with any other issues.

      @1BlackHammer never rode it hard, just cruising, one time coming up hill through town, had 2 miles on the charged battery and it died. One time going down hill into college place, going easy 30, switched to two motors to be less stress on one motor due to a slight incline keeping the same speed and dead. The last time, tooling around not hard riding, flat, no hills, about 5 miles on the freshly charged battery and dead. I had good voltage every time. It would just shut down. One time I had a charger, so I reset it. Charged it for an hour, rode about 6 blocks and died, almost full battery. I wish I had a chance to ride it hard. It did do 40 mph up the slight grade from my house to les schwab for a few blocks. That's the hardest I rode it.

    I got a raptor, and thought in a couple years ill upgrage to a kaabo king gt pro. But do your studdying. Those 3000 plus scoots arent all that much better. For instance you notice this scoot has adjustable shocks for both preload and dampening on front and back wolf gt pro has a couple pieces of silicone under some springs in the back and non adjustable hydrolics in the front. I might get an osprey just for the hell of it. My daughter is 10 i wonder if i could talk her into riding the Raptor. Probably not.

I kindly ask you for some precise information on the scooter. 1) effective height (cm) from the footrest to the handlebar handle. 2) handlebar width 3) Actual WEIGHT Kg I would also like to know if there is a video on the internet that explains how to change a tire in the event of a puncture on this scooter

      Thanks for watching. If you go to yume website. They have the specs you are looking for. As for changing the tire. I'm not sure if there is a video on that yet. It's not hard, though. With these new split rims. Changing tires is easy.

    Hello, I'm planning to buy a Yume hawk pro...can you tell me what the cons are based on your experience?Should I be worried about the damper wobble, and what experience do you have with the steering column wobble?

    • @1BlackHammer
      @1BlackHammer 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for watching. The only problem I can remember having is that the bolts on the stem came loose. I think it's my fault because I never checked them before I started riding. So yume sent me more screws. Other than that. I haven't had any problems with the Pro. I believe you do need the damper if you're going to ride at top speed. It will wobble without the damper. Other than that. It's a great scooter. I still have it.

    • @borislolic1373
      @borislolic1373 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @swaveman9434 I like it a lot. I still have it. The ride is very nice, very powerful! The only problem I have is my deck lights went out after I crashed one day. 😆... I'm 200 pounds, so I adjusted my rear shocks so it doesn't sag in the rear anymore. Mine is the older model though. Your should have tons of upgrades.

    Dont know why they put the power and mode right next to the grip and the blinkers and horn behind it. I swapped mine around it was much better. As for yume in general. They bring the power. Those 3000 dollar scoots might have a bigger battery sometimes but they cheap out on the motors. Got a raptor myself. Its like magic to me. 6000 watts hauls my fatness around no problems.

      @@1BlackHammer You're welcome. You own the Yume M10 which is basically the Yume Hawk non-pro version, I don't know if you know that. And you also have the Yume Hawk Pro with them batmobile 4.5" tires, which one handles better? forget about looks & being cool, which one is nimble and faster off the ground? I know they stated 6000 watts but, are they twice as fast? I don't want a tank that would look cook but, struggle in rough hilly terrains. I'm planning to ride the Hawk Pro offroad but those slick tires might suffer. So, how does the M10 handle offroad compared to the Hawk Pro?

    • @1BlackHammer
      @1BlackHammer 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @Sir-Kay if your plans is to go off road. I'd get the new Raptor. It's pretty much the Pro with offroad tires and a wider deck. The pro is definitely faster than the M10! The M10 is more nimble for sure. I haven't played with the Raptor, but it looks to be more nimble than the pro. It has a shorter wheelbase.

    • @Sir-Kay
      @Sir-Kay 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@1BlackHammer I've already pulled the trigger on the Pro unfortunately, I have another offroad dedicated one incase I wanna go full offroad though except it's wifeys so, we won't be able to go offroad together but, the only thing stopping the Pro is swapping out the slicks for some offroad tires and boom, you gotta offroad scooter. 95% of my riding will be city rides though with light cross country road I don't think I should be stuck in the dirt like that for not having the right tires? Thanks for the advice nonetheless.

    One more thing if you have 10" tires of your scooters , you should change them to 11" tires . It works and your scooter will ride so much better and it will go faster and in your set for the size tire change it to 10.5 " that's the only way the speed will be correct

      Do you know how hard swapping tubeless tires on these tiny scooters are? only to find out that it's going to be rubbing on some fenders and brake disc & ish like that then, you'll have to take it off again. You better be sure it would work or else you'll hate life.
