i was thinking its basically a veggie burger. no meat patty or anything. but it looks like a lot of work. and it took all day. it bet they enjoyed it after a hard days work making it
Hindus dont eat beef. Some may eat but rare. Cant go for a batch of people, specially children. Pork is also preferred. Chicken would have been ok. Fyi India is mostly a vegeterian country. Fish and chicken are generally popular with people who eat non vegeterian food.
