Internal temperature of the steak was 135°F medium rare with a nicely seared seasoned crust. It was tender & delicious!
Zero style points with that meat thermometer. A real G does it by sight/feel.
U ain't wrong, I can't argue with that. I never claimed to be a pro. I'm just a regular dad trying to make sure I don't wreck a very expensive wagyu steak. But for lower grade choice or prime steaks, I typically just go by look & feel.
