- Is that a bird? A plane? A consistent value engine of ramp and card advantage? Oh it's just a bir--OH GOD NO

so for krark flips, you have to choose the same mode, so when you cast REB to counter the force of will, you have to keep picking counter blue spell for the copies, you cant change it to destroy target blue permanent.
Ooo good to know! Thanks for the heads up! I didn't mean that as a Krark pun, but I guess it kind of is 🤷
Can't believe I missed that, good catch!
Btw you can equip the same creature multiple times
+1
Only Lightning greaves need to swap between creatures because of shroud.
Couple of things with Nadu: You can equip the same creature twice with Shuko and Umbral Mantle and save a little bit of time. You can also sac a second land to Sylvan Safekeeper in response to the first activation so you get 2 Nadu triggers off of a single creature. Not super mana efficient, but you get 2 Nadu triggers off of 1 creature if you need to dig.
Nadu's awesome you guys, you showcased it great too. Btw I love to see Seth use the Trigger tokens, I uploaded them on mpcfill some time ago and didn't see them in the wild yet.
Thanks for the kind words. Seth loves those trigger tokens. Couldn't Krark without them.
I've been playing with them for the better part of a year and they really help keep track of all the goings-on with Krark! Excellent work on the token.
Btw if you hold priority on the sylvan safekeeper ability you can get two nadu triggers with the ability
Let’s go! Excited to see the bird in action
You could activate Sylvan Safekeeper twice for each creature if you wanted to (that turn before culling ritual), just do the second activation before the ability resolves and the creature gets shroud
Loved that Nadu win! Really exited for that BIRD! But I'm worried that it will be a too much "durdly" of a deck/commander. Keeping an eye on decklists to see what brewers come up with!
Thanks! I'm excited too, I've already made a decent amount of changes to try and make it a bit more consistent
Can you run Inskir through the gauntlet, I've had pretty good results from testing!
excellent video!
Should have snapped the flesh duplicant to replay and get another atraxa, draw more cards and then if it was dispelled, you have chord for backup
Jeremy repping the Yaboi merch! Love me some Rebell stans
Yaboi is my spirit animal!
Thoroughly enjoying the silly bird wizard. He's just a little guy.
Jyle i see your Mark Poole tokens.... respect
My mind also went directly to a playmat with 3 vertical zones- 0, 1, and 2 targets so far this turn for each respective zone.
Nadu is the new Krarkashima. Requires too much brain power to me 🤣
The Nadu-as-Commander is causing my brain to melt. I'll slot it in Derevi and be very content, thank you. Great game!
(Also yes, the modes of REB must remain the same on copies, is a thing.)
Awesome game! Looking forward to post MH3 games too lol
Thanks so much, Alan!
Kinnan could have use worldly tutor to get nyx bloom and that makes infinite colorless mana with grim monolith.
Greeeat game tho, new sub!
Can’t cast on ring off of food chain mana(sacrificed orc token to food chain, and used it to help cast one ring)
Where do you get these dice from? i want so badly.
They are from the Spike Feeders!
I thought Nadu's trigger effect only happens twice per turn per creature?
Can't Nadu ability only trigger twice a turn or am I mis reading that?
It's twice each turn, but each creature says that. Meaning each creature can trigger twice each turn
25:20 you missed the trigger from the One Ring giving yourself protection from everything, so actually you don't have protection at 33:45. The c in cEDH stands for competitive, so competitive rules enforcement level applies
13:42 how did Nadu got haste to attack after just been casted?
nadu turns are 96 hours long so summoning sickness wears off
@@smack80 hahahaha good one
should've mental mistepped that dispel on your chord. great game fellas. awesome win! Nadu is OP
3-feri
You used a food chain mana to cast the one ring
Whoopsie!
Green bird !- for the algorithm
We pledge our lives to the dark master known as the algorithm.
I like deterministic games, on championships with time on it, that matters a lot. Nadu being a gigantic mega turn deck makes you stare at the wall for 30min, with 3 ppl not having fun while you need to gather everything. That’s the only reason I’m so sad it’s released, because it doesn’t do everything with the “parcial” combo cards
I see your point but I have a Krarkashima player we play with and it's the same kinda thing. I think it's fun since the interaction points are very different from other decks.
I just noticed on turn 4 john paid 5 for Nadu and then swung with him. I wonder if anyone caught that.

@@Thingsintheice thanks 😁
Snap on Nadu, it resets all the nadu triggers on all creatures.
The good: shared enthusiasm for flips and reveals off of Nadu was infeciouns and fun. It's obvious y'all are friends and also content creators.
The bad: Nadu at a random table with a random person you haven't played with much looks to play miserable:
"Is it second trigger?" "I can't remember, dude, you've drawn 13 and played five lands, I stopped paying attention five minutes ago".
It's a solo play deck that demands attention or immediate concession if there are no answers, but a deterministic win isn't presented because you *could* spend 10 minutes just to watch a whiff.
Thanks for the video, keep up the great work. I hope I don't see Nadu at any casual tables.
It wasn't long into the first game that we realized we needed zone tokens or a dedicated playmat to track things that have been targeted 0, 1, or 2 times. It gets ugly quick, kinda like that much card advantage gets ugly quick!
Damn, i wana build nadu nadu now 43:34
Yup this is the exact card I’m worried about from this set. Just so much value whether you like it or not. Love the channel y’all, earned a sub from me.
Just started mine last month and hope y’all can check it out or get a game in soon! Peace ✌️
So does anyone have a tally on Seth's flips 🤣
I don't know if Seth wants to face that reality lol the cold hard numbers may not be too kind
cant use foodchain mana to cast one ring
Birb.
Unctus loot ability is not a may making your board blue means many draws maybe drawing out
Yall should sell good/ bad d6
That's a great idea! We just started selling merch! That will have to be one of the items next on our list!
I feel like this deck NEEDS a venerated rot priest.
And maybe a lab maniac/ thassa'a oracle to protect yourself from Nadu dooing yourself to death
@@mehassharpieNadu doesn’t draw cards so you won’t kill yourself by decking with Nadu, but having win conditions within the deck are always good
Madi discord expired 😢 help
Burb gud
the list you gave for Nadu is not correct, we saw Carpet of flowers but it is not in the list?????
also Roaring earth is not in this list
The list has changed a bit since we recorded this game, sorry!
17 minutes in I see a summoning sickness nadu swing for damage and food chain mana used to cast the one ring. I’m sure all the cards are good when you cheat 😬😬
You don't have to equip to another creature. You can repeatedly equip to the same creature over and over.
The ability Nadu gives to creatures only triggers twice per turn for each creature, so to make the most of it you do need to keep attaching it to different creatures
@Thingsintheice yeah but there are multiple points where you equip it to a creature that's already been targeted twice just to move it back to a new creature.
Fair enough, I see what you're saying now. Good thing to keep in mind!
Except for the boots, those give shroud. but rest of the equipments are fair game :)
Just for clarity, he was able to cast or target other creatures 2 times per turn as they had the ability to be targeted two times per turn as well? Has it been clarified that the ability limit itself is linked to each creature rather than the overall ability? If so, can someone drop the link where they were able to discern between the two?
Read the card? I hear doing that explains the card.
Nadu gives all creatures you control the ability. The limitation on triggering is on the creature itself, not Nadu. Furthermore, blinking Nadu 'resets' the limitation as all creatures lose the ability and regain it, so it's treated as a new instance of that ability. Blinking/flickering the creature itself would also reset the ability, but only for that creature.
The card literally says CREATURES you control have this overpowered ability but we limit to twice a turn.
