I relate so much to the first issue what what can be FRUSTRATING being the oldest. I"m the oldest of 6 KIDS, some a few years off from my age and as someone who is never really "mean" or showing a really angry side it's hard to discipline. People can take my kindness and run off with it. I'd sometimes even CRY because my siblings wouldnt listen to me (ikr so lame and weak) but i had to get them to respect me as the oldest with help from my parents. When my parents acknowledged my role over the kids, so did they.
I relate to this too. I'm a middle child with three older sisters (who are all between 8-11 yrs older than I am) and I have two younger brothers. At the moment I'm the oldest in the house and its really frustrating living with younger siblings who have no respect for anyone. I'm usually not very mean or angry so to them that means they can do what they want and are quick to insult anybody about anything they can. When I do get angry they'll pull immature shit like mocking you or making fun of you and how "Emotional" and "Sensitive" you are when youre just tired of them acting up all the time. They don't have respect for me, my older siblings or my parents which makes me wonder why they're so disrespectful compared to the girls of the family

I have an older brother and I've never been bad to him and ordered him around. He was older so I had to listen to him and respect him which I didn't mind. We aren't close but he is caring so when he says something hurtful I tend to get sad you he is fast to apologize. When the 18 year older said that her brother was immature it seemed as they were the immature ones and her brother being mature and having to deal with them all the time. I know that this comment is pretty late since this episode is a bit older but I can't help expressing my annoyance with the second concern. Someone needs to help me understand why it isn't a bigger concern. Deukhwan I believe was his name didn't sign up for this. He went to university to be a car dealer and sell cars. That's what he was trained for. He is last in sales because he has to tale care of eight bloody dogs. I am no dog hater but this is ridiculous. I understand that the dogs may be good for sales but EIGHT?? How in the world is that okay for one human being to take care of? He even looks so small like he can break any moment. That one guy who has 6 dogs, what the hell? Why do you even have SIX dogs if YOU can't even take care of them. I just don't understand this tradition. The dog concern points to a part of Korean society that's hard for me to understand as a Norwegian. I also find it infuriating. I respect age and hierarchy as much as anyone, but the rigid nature of it in Korea leads way to easily to exploitation. If it was me, I'd have told the dog owners to take care of their own dogs or fire me, if not for the fact that I'd have quit before it ever came to that.
DomingoCorriente Seems as part of the work culture in S. Korea, it's understood that you'll attend to superiors requests. Whether it's on work time or your own time too. If there is a function, then you attend it 100% and everyone knows it going in. So, he found out that as part of his job he has to be a zookeeper and I would be saying No thank you and declining that position immediately. It would suck to have gotten a nice new job only to find that I had to clean feces all day long.

It only leads to hate from not animal owners towards animal owners. Its very simple thing to clean up after them. But in this video it would be done with simply house training them, which dogs actually learn pretty quick because like most animals they don't like having a dirty or smelly home themself
I'm sorry, but for the last concern, the husband is really inconsiderate. He claims that she's just his wife, and that the freshwater snails are little creatures that give him pleasure. When the woman said that the snails were his mistress, but didn't even try to deny it. He prefers snails that he eats over his wife. I was honestly pissed off.

For me, my brother orders me around and I order him around. We're able to do that because we're twins, so you can't really win with age since my brother and I are only a minute apart.(But I'm still the oldest😉)
I understand that usually the rookie ones get bossing around by others but it's not his responsibility to do that. He didn't apply for the job to take care of 6 dogs. He works so that he could sell cars not watching everybody else's dogs while they don't do shit eventhough they are the owners. It should've been a concern wtf. He losses appetite, goes to work and does nothing else but to watch them and pick up their poops, gets blamed for everything even though they're not his fault. The first concern was cute and innocent. LOL one of my brothers is the oldest, whose annoying sometimes as well, and I also have two younger siblings. We are all close in age (2 boys and two girls). We've had physical fights when we were younger but we got over that and have arguments. At the end of the day they are your family so your stuck with them haha. The second concern upset me, I felt so bad for him, if its super bad and he can't deal with i anymoret, he should quit. The third was interesting, I think he should not go as often and avoid dangerous weather/situations. I wish Jay Park talked more. He was very quiet the whole pieced. He wasn't even my blood related brother but like my mother came together with his father, and we suddenly were supposed to play family. We both were only two years apart and in the middle of puberty, so we fought of course a lot, yet when someone was mean to me he would take care of me. So most of my memories should be us fighting but I actually only remeber those 5% of getting along. So even if he annoyes you from time to time I am sure you are still supe rimportant to him and if it comes down to it he would protect you and be there for you and really it is a lot bette rthan being a single child and have to fght with yourself for stress release. *****

The last concern really bothered me for some reason. Like, it's great that you have a hobby you're passionate about but when you start to neglect the needs of your loved ones and some of your other responsibilities, it becomes a problem.
The concern with the siblings was really funny! When Simon D talked about him and his sibling I couldn't stop laughing. Something similar happened with me and my sister. We were playing and I had accidently scratched her and she started crying, she was about to call my mom when I offered her some money. As soon as I offered the money she stopped crying and smiled! I Couldn't believe how she did that but it's a really funny memory now

I have an older brother and I've never been bad to him and ordered him around. He was older so I had to listen to him and respect him which I didn't mind. We aren't close but he is caring so when he says something hurtful I tend to get sad you he is fast to apologize. When the 18 year older said that her brother was immature it seemed as they were the immature ones and her brother being mature and having to deal with them all the time. That's just such a pain I imagine having to deal not with one but three aggressive and annoying people.

I know that this comment is pretty late since this episode is a bit older but I can't help expressing my annoyance with the second concern. Someone needs to help me understand why it isn't a bigger concern. Deukhwan I believe was his name didn't sign up for this. He went to university to be a car dealer and sell cars. That's what he was trained for. He is last in sales because he has to tale care of eight bloody dogs. I am no dog hater but this is ridiculous. I understand that the dogs may be good for sales but EIGHT?? How in the world is that okay for one human being to take care of? He even looks so small like he can break any moment. That one guy who has 6 dogs, what the hell? Why do you even have SIX dogs if YOU can't even take care of them. I just don't understand this tradition. The other employees should help or he needs to find another job. I'm sorry or else he can actually kill himself, and people were laughing this off... I'm extremely frustrated.

The dog concern points to a part of Korean society that's hard for me to understand as a Norwegian. I also find it infuriating. I respect age and hierarchy as much as anyone, but the rigid nature of it in Korea leads way to easily to exploitation. If it was me, I'd have told the dog owners to take care of their own dogs or fire me, if not for the fact that I'd have quit before it ever came to that.
DomingoCorriente Seems as part of the work culture in S. Korea, it's understood that you'll attend to superiors requests. Whether it's on work time or your own time too. If there is a function, then you attend it 100% and everyone knows it going in. So, he found out that as part of his job he has to be a zookeeper and I would be saying No thank you and declining that position immediately. It would suck to have gotten a nice new job only to find that I had to clean feces all day long.

It only leads to hate from not animal owners towards animal owners. Its very simple thing to clean up after them. When the woman said that the snails were his mistress, but didn't even try to deny it. He prefers snails that he eats over his wife. I was honestly pissed off.

I understand that usually the rookie ones get bossing around by others but it's not his responsibility to do that. He didn't apply for the job to take care of 6 dogs. He works so that he could sell cars not watching everybody else's dogs while they don't do shit eventhough they are the owners. It should've been a concern wtf. He losses appetite, goes to work and does nothing else but to watch them and pick up their poops, gets blamed for everything even though they're not his fault. The owners should've help or do most of the cleaning bc obviously they are the owners. They should at least appriciate him for looking after there dogs, and treat him nice things.

The first concern was cute and innocent. LOL one of my brothers is the oldest, whose annoying sometimes as well, and I also have two younger siblings. We are all close in age (2 boys and two girls). We've had physical fights when we were younger but we got over that and have arguments. At the end of the day they are your family so your stuck with them haha. The second concern upset me, I felt so bad for him, if its super bad and he can't deal with i anymoret, he should quit. The third was interesting, I think he should not go as often and avoid dangerous weather/situations. I wish Jay Park talked more. He was very quiet the whole pieced. It was really nice seeing him on the show though,plus he is so good looking.

We both were only two years apart and in the middle of puberty, so we fought of course a lot, yet when someone was mean to me he would take care of me.
So most of my memories should be us fighting but I actually only remeber those 5% of getting along.
So even if he annoyes you from time to time I am sure you are still supe rimportant to him and if it comes down to it he would protect you and be there for you and really it is a lot bette rthan being a single child and have to fght with yourself for stress release.

We were playing and I had accidently scratched her and she started crying, she was about to call my mom when I offered her some money. As soon as I offered the money she stopped crying and smiled!
