Cool video, I see lots of baking in hot tent videos but not really any good explanations like this. Inside your oven is a little barbecue mesh grate looking thing. That might be a nice to separate the oven from the stove instead of the hose clamp. When I use a percolator on my wood stove , I use a grate to put between when it’s done to keep it warm but keep from continuing to boil. It might be easier to bake and regulate, my coffee will continue to perc if the stove is super hot
Outstanding
You are one clever dude!!
Try using a piece of parchment paper instead of greasing the pans. The items will come out easily and you can re-use the paper during one trip👍👌
Good idea. I see they also sell bread pan liners.
I am impressed!😲👍😁
Good stuff. You are getting good at baking on the stove.
Great Yankee ingenuity! I enjoy watching your adventures. 👍
It all looked so good in your videos!! If I will ever get a hot-tent, I will definitely make one of those ovens as well. Thanks for sharing.
Lovin' the oven!
Cool build!
All the good stuff! I might have to make one of these
Yep. That settles it, I am making one
Looking forward to seeing what creative recipes you try. Your cooking skills are legit.
a simmer ring/heat diffuser may help.

I will not need the hose clamp in the future. At home stove top conditions were different than in the hot tent.
Stealing the pans like a thief in the night! 🤣
