Well done mate. If they all don't seem to want to go into the box, check for a second queen, I have frequently had multiples of up to 5 queens in one swarm, but generally spread between several branches in a shrub or tree.
I did talk about that but edited it out. I think that Nuplas box with ventilation holes in the front was confusing them.
I was thinking along the same lines re the entrance
