The writer guys shared it on the internet anyway. That script has some of the vibes of this video. Though I have to say this video feels more... real! maybe it's because of the heart put into the imagery.

I wish I could praise you for this adequately but my brain is just NOT working rn. I'm stunned. I want to use words other than amazing and epic, but I just- bah. Okay...THIS? Is s a masterpiece. I think I heard someone scream merlin at some point, which how you did that is a mystery to me, I love that it has a Morgana focus because she's the seer in the group so for her it begins in the same way it did for Camelot Morgana, waking up from nightmares in a cold sweat. The transitions are so seamless, the one with Arthur in the throne room being hazy and coming in to focus as he walks closer is so reminiscent of the scenes where merlin sees the future, like Mordred coming into focus in the pool the Vates used. I don't- it's so good I forgot where I was for a second. Which is what you want in a movie, to make you live and breathe in that world shown on screen. I want this movie to come out. I know it won't cause it doesn't actually exist but this trailer is so good that my brain is having difficulty believing that fact. Like I know it, but my heart is disagreeing with my brain and its complicating things. Seriously, what am I even feeling rn? What is reality

The reason I was never too eager about merlin being picked up again was because I couldn't see the show working out in the future like I just couldn't picture merlin x modern together. I have been dying for a video of this since that finale on christmas eve of 2012. I always saw all these videos that hinted at it but never really delve into the plot of it all. This, this was everything I ever wanted (no pun intended, okay maybe a little intended) and I might actually rewatch the entire series and then watch this again. I have NO idea how you made it look like them with all the scenes from different roles because they always looked so different playing other people that I could tell the difference- maybe it's the coloring combined with the flash backs? I have no idea. This masterpiece is a category all on its own, minus obvious shipping preferences it was so beautiful and I thank you with every sliver of my frozen heart for making it. I always enjoy your videos, but as you made my 7 and a day wish come true... I had to. Thank you. so so much.

I have been dying for a video of this since that finale on christmas eve of 2012. I always saw all these videos that hinted at it but never really delve into the plot of it all. This, this was everything I ever wanted (no pun intended, okay maybe a little intended) and I might actually rewatch the entire series and then watch this again. I have NO idea how you made it look like them with all the scenes from different roles because they always looked so different playing other people that I could tell the difference- maybe it's the coloring combined with the flash backs? I have no idea. This masterpiece is a category all on its own, minus obvious shipping preferences it was so beautiful and I thank you with every sliver of my frozen heart for making it. I always enjoy your videos, but as you made my 7 and a day wish come true... I had to. Thank you. so so much.

I loved this as soon as you posted it, and it remains my *absolute favorite* Merlin fanvid to this day. I adore it as a standalone, and I would be equally thrilled if you do decide to expand on this modern AU in future vids.
