Everybody is talking about Tatoo, and I just heard it some months ago since the melody festival in Sweden, Loreen is a great performer and make her shine over all the other contestants. She is in another level . I have hear the song more than 15 times and I go on!!

Yeah, the lyrics are pretty tame and repetitive. But many ESC songs are, because its 35 songs competing and you need something to be remembered by, so many songs try to stay with something catchy, or visuals. If a song have strong lyrics they're usually more conceptual (not saying this isn't, performance wise) but yeah. Shes def a performer regardless of what the text and meaning is. Even if they are simpel they're very Special to her though, i think that's why she brings so much genuine emotion to what she shows. If you dont know the backstory yes this might seem like a standard love song, which is ofc fine. But for me it made it more special when i heard about her vision. This song is a love letter to her moroocan roots and berber heritage. Hence why the visuals and color palette is impactful, thinking of warm sands and strong winds. She knows her history, and no matter where she is, her heritage is still a part of her and always will be (stuck on her like a tattoo) she also has elements of nordic themes, like the bridge shifting in colours to melancholic forests and tranquility, to show both of her nationalities. Her tattoos are berber symbols, and so are the ones on the screen during the bridge, some fused with nordic runes. So there still is a story behind the song. Which ia always nice to know! Shes truly an artist ❤
you sholud react to her acustic version of tattoo, its crazzzzy and ure opinion on the lyrics is abit wrong. think that shes doing this in a live in a comeption with 35 other songs, so its vital that the viewer rembers it, and yes all eurovision are repetitive, thats what a eurovision song is all about, its not and normal radio song
