When using the targeting pod with the mavericks, if you change the WPN page from VIS to PRE, and then change on the targeting pod from MAN to (I think it’s AUTO), you can then lock targets with the targeting pod and the weapon will automatically lock on to the target.
At 4:50 you could not get a lock since your seeker head was out of the designation window, the bracket Box in the WPN display. Your seeker head need to be within the Box otherwise you can not lock the target. So If you flying high you need to Turn your nose to the target to get the seeker in the sweetspot. Took me ages to learn why I sometimes get a lock and sometimes Not. 😅
While your SEAD and DEAD ops was going on it sounds like there was a massive frantic A2A battle over Hama. I think I heard my voice over srs. I was throwing defenses down frantically in a hind lmao.
