for the first example ı think aldehydes are more acidic than ketones because of ketones have CH3 e- donating groups and this group make it's conjugate base stronger so it's acid form gets weaker. on the other hand aldhydes have no e- donating part so it is more acidic and it gives proton easily than ketone
