I just finished Cabot House’s questline on Survival 💀… does this glitch still work after the entire questline, or does it have to be done before the Cabots trust you enough to freely take what you want?

Mmm, I occupy the dog's glicht and I have plenty of ammunition and scrap for everyone, as well as life items and caps. It is better and easier since the dog doubles them for you as you have ammunition.If you are 66 he doubles those 66 like this until you reach 666 and if you multiply that 666 you get more bullets 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕
That's true and it's a solid glitch for sure. That said I could never get the timing to work out but I will give it a shout myself and see if it works.
I just watch the xp and ammo glitch on new vegas for good springs and i got to around level 20. I went back to good springs because i wanted to buy stimpaks after i was goofing around i have a consistant speach option where i can lie about needing spare medical supplies giving me xp and the spare medical supplies it is unlimited. I wanted to inform you i dont know i what i did to get doc mitchell consistantly give me free spare medical supplies i have been lying to doc mitched for 10 minutes now

You can basically do it when ever you want. As long as you can get into the house, then your good to go.

If you do the Chet glitch then it still remains active. So in theory you can talk to the Doc as many times as you want for the spare medical supplies.
The whole making caps segment could be summarized by a Simpsons meme. "The Fatman can be exchanged for goods and services."
