@@taseronify I don't get the argument that some of the nutritional value of the spinach is not lost the water, first the boiling water and then in in the ice bath water, then in the squeezing out step.
@@Anione111 Blanching does cause loss of nutrients. But the amount lost to blanching is considerably less compared to the amount loss when freezing it for long term storage without blanching it first.
