LOL.I did cut mine out as one piece and then drilled the holes before I cut out the cup holes. After watching you break your first one I was very nervous. What is the drum sander you used. I have never seen one that went up and down like that.
Well I'm glad you made your own, because I'm sad to say I lost my template. There were a few reasons I had trouble. The biggest was the sander. I did not have the platform level. Then I drilled the wholes individually when I should have drilled them together. Thanks for watching. Ken
