I have a question for you. I have an unknown Short hair cat. Last year I shaved her belly and private parts. The hair has still not grown back. She appears to be 100% healthy. What could be the reasoning that the hair has not grown back?

If the hair growth has not come back, that’s often a sign of thyroid issues, diabetes, bacterial infection of the skin. I usually tell cat parents to make a vet visit even if it’s not bothering the cat. It could be something internally. Cats are notorious for hiding illness.
