Thanks for this video! We went to Harrah’s Laughlin around 2000 although we had gone to Laughlin several times before we were Diamond level in 2000. My wife loved the water taxi rides when it is running. Nice memories!
They release the water from the bottom of the reservoirs behind the dams. That means even when it is ober 100 degrees outside the 2ater is in the 50s or at most 60s. So getting i to the water is a great way to cool down.
I love your video🎉👏👏!! We are now planning our first trip to Laughlin after moving to Vegas❣️!! Thanks so much for such an awesome and very informative video! I just subscribed to your channel💗!,
Yup, the last time that we stayed there we stayed in the South Tower which was the most recently renovated at that time. We just stayed there and stayed in the North Tower, it was a much needed improvement! Here is our room tour: th-cam.com/video/kwtTLyYdqC8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lrL_aiY7wmmzR0Vf
@NinthIslandConnection good to see some Caesars owned properties are getting some love, now if they could do some room renovations on the whole flamingo, Paris, etc.
I’m subscribing to your channel based on your laid back vibe and concluding remarks on Harrahs Laughlin. Yes it’s older, elevator is slow, might be a stain here and there in the room, limited food options at night. Who cares! I’m on a holiday, I’m not paying $500 a night, the staff is friendly, the weather is almost always perfect and the beer is always cold. Thanks for your video.
Thank you so much, we appreciate you! We do our best to remain unbiased and just share our experience. We LOVE Harrahs in Laughlin for all of the reasons that you stated above. It's a nice break from Vegas. Was juts looking at rooms earlier today, lol! Aloha, Sebastian
For stays in Lauglin, Sun-Thurs stays are usually less crowded and rates better--and prob Aquarius is the Largest casino, Trop also newer...but I seem to get more offers for my gaming at the Riverside!..as an out of town visitor, I like everythimg the Riv has tp offer, some time ck out their auto museum, take in a movie or a show, and a pretty good selection of dinig options...incl re-opened buffet but ck website for hrs...as everywhere else, may be more crowded at peak dining hrs...Thanks for your pov vid, river taxi and walk thru..
Nic! Great videos hey have breakfast @laughlin river lodge big horn cafe a must great prices , service and large portions!! Harrahs eating places $$$ small portions even coffee cups are getting smaller on casino floor. Riverside has lots of gnats flying Outside! Tip of the day !
Great question, I’m not sure. You do need a room key for the pools, but not the beach. There is security that checks for alcohol, but I don’t remember being asked a room key. Best to ask because they both Caesar’s and they do have a shuttle that goes between both properties so it would make sense.
Thank you for sharing, we've never been! Last time we were there we skipped the Pioneer all together because the river walk is closed at the Colorado Bell. You have to walk through the parking lot back up to the side walk and then back dow, so we juts skipped it. We will make sure to go next time we're in town though! Thanks again! Aloha, Sebastian
@@anabriones2175 great question and thank you so much for the kind words, we appreciate you! We never took him on the water taxi, so I’m really not sure. Sorry!
I'd add that they have 2 casinos - or at least they did- one being smoke free. The two pools are divided into a family and an adult only pool. Families also used to be housed in the north tower. We were comped a trip & stay one year during the River festival. ...whew! People everywhere, & many of them "over served"! Do they still have summer concert series at the outdoor arena? BTW, nice job on the vlog - it was a great update on the changes since I was last there in 2019.
Thank you for the kind words Vegas Lady! Yup, the non smoking area is still there, but no energy - very sleepy part of the casino. I also noticed that the larger casino wasn't really smokey so we gambled there. Also, the two pools were open, we never went, lol. Spent our day at the beach. They do have the concerts out there in the area, but it is sooooooo HOT! lol! Thanks again, we appreciate you!
Great question complete opposite end of the strip. Definitely need to do ride share, taxi or the water taxi. Thanks for watching and the great question!
Thanks so so much for doing this video, I get invites all the time, including the airfare to Laughlin but , I am hesitant to go. Now I got a better idea about this place. 1. Do I need a car to go to other properties or can I walk there or Uber? 2. You mentioned that the other side is Arizona, do they have a bridge to cross near by? 3. Should I rent a car if I decide to go?
You're so welcome! 1- Ride share / Taxi is best if you don't have a car or plan on drinking. 2- There is a bridge at the end of Casino Drive - takes you right into Arizona 3- It would be best to rent a car if you're planning on heading into Arizona to explore. Hope this helps and that you have a wonderful time!
Right, I was surprised that there is no buffet (or anything) in that space! The car museum is still there with a few cars outside in the Valet area. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Thank you, Carlos is the star of the show, LOL! The buffet never reopened after the 2020 shutdown, weird because the area still has tables and chairs, its juts closed off. Maybe they use it for storage or something. Could they put in a food hall like the Harrahs in Vegas? Never know! Thanks for watching and commenting, we appreciate you!
Laughlin is ok, but I say Vegas is still better. The pro is its a lot cheaper and it’s kind of calmer, less drunk people. The con is it’s kinda old, needs to be updated and more restaurants added.
People of Vegas don't head to Laughlin. Laughlin is dirty and just a low class place. If you are looking to chill in water up to your ankles where people piss all day you'll love it.
That's a very mean spirited comment and completely false. Do you think that none of the drunk people at the MANY pools in Vegas pee in the pool? We've been to Laughlin many times and always have a great time. The people that live there have always been very nice and welcoming. Please unsubscribe and find a different channel.
It’s a run down town. You prolly will get sick of Laughlin after 2 days. All the hotels are old and small and Smokey. Next to no food. The best steakhouse at one casino is outback
Hi Seb and Christine, Thanks for sharing. I saw you guys played some slot machines in the casinos. Do they still have slot machines with real quarters? If they do, which casino? Thanks. We went to Las Vegas last summer but could find any real quarters slot machines to play.
Hi Tom, not that we saw in Laughlin, but yes in Vegas they do! The El Cortez has coin slots and so does the Cal juts off of Fremont. None on the strip. Hope this helps!
The water is so beautiful I just can’t!!❤

Love your videos !! Great info 🎉thanks
Thanks for watching, we appreciate you!
That room is beautiful!!!
Thanks for taking us along on your vacation. I love that there is now a shuttle between Tropicana and Harrah’s because it was difficult to get a taxi
Yes, we were very happy to see it, it was long day, lol! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the wonderful video. Have never been to Laughlin. Your tips will are very helpful. Mahalo!

Loved it!
Us too! Thanks for watching, we appreciate you!
It's a really a nice riverwalk especially considering that the city has only about 8,000 people.
It really is nice, we enjoy the slower pace. Its a nice break from Vegas!
I love your video🎉👏👏!! We are now planning our first trip to Laughlin after moving to Vegas❣️!! Thanks so much for such an awesome and very informative video! I just subscribed to your channel💗!,
Welcome and thank you! It's a unique little town. We spend so much time on the strip that we love to go down as a getaway from Vegas.
The Pioneer has the best breakfast in town.
According to the Caesars app it's the North Tower that's been recently renovated, unless they renovated it after you stayed here.

That's true we stay there before Harry's was great😊 we are going again in September
As hot as it gets in Laughlin, why is the water so cold? Nice looking puppy!
Carlos thank you! The Colorado River never warms up, lol!
Cute dog/ and beautiful scenery!!!
Very nice Video and lots of good staff, so most of the Casinos are Caesars Rewards, are they any that are MGM Rewards?
Can you use the harrahs beach 🏝️ if you stay at Tropicana ??

How far is this hotel from the riverview hotel?
Great question complete opposite end of the strip. Definitely need to do ride share, taxi or the water taxi. Thanks for watching and the great question!
Which one do you prefer? And do you have a video with the Riverside or River View whatever that hotel is called?

What were the table minimums? I’m specifically interested in the craps tables.
RIP Earl Anthony
You can bring dogs on the casino floor?
What days of the week did you film this?
No more buffet at Harrahs? Bummer they had great breakfast omelets. Your dog is so damn cute!
